We are sure that you will be delighted with the purchase of your sculpture. However, if you need to return this, for whatever reason, then please inform us within 14 days from delivery, so that we can arrange collection and refund all monies paid in full. PLEASE NOTE that the item must be returned in its original packaging. If the item is damaged on delivery please email images, the edition number and the customer order number within 48 hours of the delivery to email@example.com and we will then email you a returns label that you can download and print, when this is not possible, We can post a label out to you for you to attach to the parcel. Please note depending on which reputable courier we use when booking the return, we may need you to drop the parcel off at a local Post Office/depot or Courier depot near your home.
During the first 12 Months
After receiving the delivery of your sculpture, if you have any problems, please email your order number along with any photographs to support any concerns you might have to firstname.lastname@example.org We will then review your concern and respond to you within 3 working days. Yet, if we feel that the concern is not down to misuse or wear and tear, then we will offer an exchange or repair. PLEASE NOTE that an exchange can only be offered if the limited edition sculpture has not sold out, if it has sold out then an alternative sculpture will be offered.
